So..i am staining a teak deck and patio with teak oil and there is bird doo on it. Do I use sandpaper on it? - teak deck tricks

.. There are water stains on them ... that the sand must be, too? I use latex gloves, but keeps ripping thumb. Any proposal to do? Thanks
